Witcher 3 what are these gog download files

I think 26hrs have passed since I started. Initially I started the download in admin account. But when I realized it's gonna take probably a couple of days, I paused the download, copied what ever has been downloaded to C: drive the default directory, if I remember it correctly was in "my document".

Then i cancelled the download. Just so I could continue the download on standard user account. Then on the standard user account I changed the default dirertory to C: drive, went to GoG, Start the download again from downloader list option. And basically Gog downloader just started where it left of when I cancelled it on the other account. From then I get to browse internet sites or pause download when i watch video content and resume download again.

During bedtime I left it running so it can download uninterrupted It's Maybe I get to install this by midnight tonight. I hope this thing really protects the file download from corruption and have a trouble free installation :-P.

Posted May 21, Redownloading did the thing. Downloaded the new patch too. I didn't play yet, but at least the button "play" is there so that's a start Thank you all for your messages. Finally finished the download when I woke up this morning LOL. I thought i was good to go, but it turned out the patch was a separate download.

Anyways i got everything downloaded. Including the new 1. Installation went smoothly, without any issues. I got the program to run, and went through the settings to see what the defaults are, but, I didn't change anything yet. One thing when you launch the game it's gonna say CD 4 was not found and asking to insert it. But just click continue and the game will start to load. I did Flight simming before. Combat and General Aviation, if that could be called PC gaming.

So right now I'm going through the manual and compendium, and working on the training missions. Still figuring out how to control the game. So far no crashes on the default settings. Just log into your account from a browser and manually download the missing DLC. SigilFey said:.

If you have Galaxy installed, uninstall it completely -- it's not necessary to use GOG. If you can't download the DLCs manually because they're not listed in you library, then that's a problem with your account. You'll need to contact GOG about that.
