Vudu problem downloading content on pc

My latest movie purchase shows up under 'My Purchases' on the Vudu To Go app, along with all my previous purchases, but when I click 'Download' it just says 'Please Wait Preparing to download" and never actually begins downloading. I've got over 20 previously purchased movies that downloaded without problem over the past year or two on the same computer , so I don't know what the problem is.
